Southwark Action Alert 29 June 2014

After last week’s 50,000 strong demonstration against austerity, a million people will be on strike across Britain on 10th July. UNISON and GMB members in Local Government have confirmed they will take action on this date and have named the dates for a further two-day strike in September. PCS and UNITE will announce their ballot results early next week. Health workers plan ballots for action in the autumn.

Events for J10 are being planned this coming week. Reply to this email or use the links below if you can help.

Meanwhile, locally, Lambeth College teachers and administrative staff are still taking strike action. Your support will be very welcome. (See below)
